MAKING A PURCHASE
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogs, and click on any items that you GOTTA HAVE and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" button and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment & Paypal. We only accept orders in Canada and all prices are in Canadian dollars.
REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

No returns on Electrical Parts, Decals, Marks, or Emblems.
All other returns subject to a 10% restock fee. Some orders such as final sale may not be eligble for return.
Most Special Orders are not eligble for return. Those that are will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Please read our Return Policy for more information.
All returns must be in original packaging.
All returns must have a return authorization #.
Oversized boxes will cost more to ship. We will contact you if a shipment cost has changed.
Customers must pay for the shipping cost back unless the part was damaged during shipping or shipped in error subject to approval from the returns team.
Please be sure you want something before you order it! In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel your order with us or change an item after your order has been placed, please be aware that in some situations an item has to be ordered from our distributors. Once your item has processed and shipped to us from the manufacturer or distributor such as a special order, there is no stopping it!! Cancellation of an item or order at this point will be subject to our return policy.
We process your order within 1 business day for Express Shipping and within 2 Business days for Standard Shipping. We will normally send your order to you within the time frame specified for each item as you place item in your cart, unless the part is a special order or if there is a delay/shipping issue from the shipper.
Out of stock ORDERS
If your item is not in stock at the time the order is placed and the inventory has not updated to reflect this change you will be notified via Email in 1-2 days if your item is out of stock. You will have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait without any cancellation fees.
Sales tax will apply based on the Province or Terretory the order is being shipped to.
CREDIT CARD SECURITY
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 256 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO FREIGHT ORDERS
Please be sure to inspect the shipment for damage prior to signing for it. If there is noticeable damage to the box, please inspect the part for damage as well.
In the event that your part(s) is/are damaged, it is important that you refuse the delivery and contact us immediately. By signing for the shipment, you are agreeing that it was delivered in good condition, therefore no damage claim can be filed with the carrier.
Once the shipment is signed for, you may be liable for any damage to the parts, so please be sure that your shipment has arrived in good condition prior to signing for it. If your delivery is being shipped to a commercial address, please be sure that any employee that could sign for it knows this information as well and either contacts you when the shipment comes in, or inspects it for damage before signing any paperwork.
