IMPORTANT SPECIAL ORDER INFORMATION
Special Orders are products that we do not stock in our Inventory and are ordered directly from the Manufactuer. We disclose this to all customers on the product page. On every listing we state the "Availbility" of the product if it is in stock or SPECIAL ORDER.
This is visable on all platforms. It states "IMPORTANT Special Order Ships in within 3-4 Weeks from Mfr.". Please consider this before proceeding with adding a product to your cart. SPECIAL ORDERS are not eligble for Express Shipping.
We state a timeline of within 3-4 Weeks for the shipping from the Manufacturer (MFR.) This means that the product will likely ship within 3-4 weeks which it will then be shipped to our warehouse for processing and shipping. Please allow 5-7 Business days in addition to the manufacturer timeline.
A follow up email will be sent to you to confirm your order. If not responded within 3 business days your order will be processed. All Special Orders are subject to a 25% Cancellation Fee after the 3 business days waiting period. Special Orders which have been shipped and delivered and wish to be returned will be subject to a 25% Return Fee, unlike stocking inventory which is not subject to a return fee.
In some cases some Special Orders can be cancelled after the 3 business days waiting period since the Manufacturer may have discontinued the part or if they no longer ship it. In this case a Full Refund will be issued and the 25% Fee does not apply.
If there are any updates from the Manufacturer on delays in shipping, Production issues or delays we will notify the customer and if they wish we can cancel the order and issue a refund.
We emphasis that if you are in the urgent need for a part and it is Special Order we cannot control the time it will take to ship to you so consider this before ordering.
