IMPORTANT SPECIAL ORDER INFORMATION
IMPORTANT UPDATE: Due to unprecedented Global Supply Chain disruptions, production delays and inventory shortages at our suppliers and parts manufacturers some special orders may take longer then the 4-5 weeks as stated on the product listings. These delays are out of our control. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during these times and are optimistic that our suppliers and industry partners will get back to normal operating procedures and timelines very soon. Special Orders are products that we do not stock in our Inventory and are ordered directly from the Manufactuer. We disclose this to all customers on the product page. On every listing we state the "Availability" of the product if it is in stock or SPECIAL ORDER.
This is visable on all platforms. It states "IMPORTANT Special Order Ships within 4-5 Weeks from Manufacturer.". Please consider this before proceeding with adding a product to your cart. SPECIAL ORDERS are not eligble for Express Shipping.
We state a timeline of within 4-5 Weeks for the shipping from the Manufacturer (MFR.) This means that the product will likely ship within 4-5 weeks which it will then be shipped to our warehouse for processing and shipping. Please allow 5-7 Business days in addition to the manufacturer timeline. Some products can be shipped sooner if the Manufacturer has inventory of that product ready to ship.
If you wish to cancel you must notify us by phone or email (email@example.com) within 3 business days from the date you placed an order. After 3 business days your order will be processed. All Special Orders are subject to a 10% Cancellation Fee after the 3 business days waiting period. Special Orders which have been shipped and delivered and wish to be returned will be subject to a 25% Return Fee.
In some cases some Special Orders can be cancelled after the 3 business days waiting period since the Manufacturer may have discontinued the part or if they no longer ship it. In this case a Full Refund will be issued and the 10% Fee does not apply.
If there are any updates from the Manufacturer on delays in shipping, Production issues or delays we will notify the customer and if they wish we can cancel the order and issue a refund.
We emphasis that if you are in the urgent need for a part and it is Special Order we cannot control the time it will take to ship to you so consider this before ordering.
