Our policy lasts 30 days after order has been delivered to you. If 30 days have gone by since delivery, we may not be able to offer a return. All returns will be subject to a 10% Restocking & Processing Fee. In special cases we maybe able to take back returns when the order date has exceeded 30 days.
Most SPECIAL ORDERS can be returned after they have been shipped, but will be subject to a 25% Return fee since the product is not stocking inventory. Some Special Orders such as Bumpers, Custom Fabricated Parts, Tuners or any parts which cannot be returned we will notify the customer if the part the ordered is not eligble for return prior to proceeding with the order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, not damaged or altered in any form. Mounted wheels can not be returned/exchanged under any circumstance. We can not guarantee fitment of wheels if the vehicle is lifted or lowered due to unforeseen variables.
Customers must pay for the return shipping cost of the item.
All returns will be subject to a 10% Restocking & Processing Fee.
All Items are sold as-is and the warranty's are provided through the manufacturer's. We are a retailer that only sells these goods, not manufacturer's. We can assist you with claims related to the warranty, but we encourage customers to contact the manufacturer directly and if needed we can intervene.
Some products will be ineligible for a return such as Clearence and Final Sale items.
To complete your return, we require a Reference Number or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error can be returned back to us and exchanged. To process this please email our customer service team at (email@example.com).
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery may not be eligble for a return.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 Business Days from the date the credit is issued.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. It takes 5-7 Business Days to post after issued.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
To return your product, you should e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 1-800-774-5891 ext.2 and we will process your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are non-refundable. There is no restocking fee. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
