Shipping Policy

Motorwise Performance Parts Ships products through Purolator & Fedex (Depends on Shipping Location and Warehouse Shipped from). When your order has shipped from one of our 3 Warehouses you will recieve a tracking number with live updates. 

After you place an order please allow 24-48 Hours (1-2 Business Days) for us to Process your order. 

IF YOU ARE SHIPPING TO A PO BOX PLEASE STATE EXACT ADDRESS INCLUDING PO BOX.

For Free Shipping you can select our Regular Ground Shipping Service and expect your order to arrive to you within 5-7 Business Days.

For Our Express Shipping you can select our Express Ground Shipping Service and expect your order to arrive to you within 2-4 Business Days at a cost of a flat rate of $18.99 CDN. With this service your order is expedited and shipped quicker.

*Shipments to Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Yukon and any zone without ground shipping might require extra shipping charges depedning on the Postal Code. If you are being asked extra for shipping to your postal code your order will not be eligble for the Free Shipping option or Express Shipping option. 

Special Order Products or Products that are NOT a regular stocking item (Unavailable) in our inventory will ship within 3-4 Weeks from the Manufacturer since it is something that will need to be ordered and shipped from the manufacturer. We state the availability of every product on our website.

Please note that some oversize items or shipments to certain remote locations in Canada in which our Shipping Service Providers do not have easy access too they may charge a extra fee or your order will be cancelled if they are not able to deliver it.

To return your product, you should e-mail us at info@motorwise.ca or call us at 1-800-774-5891 ext.2 and we will process your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are non-refundable. There is no restocking fee. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, not damaged or altered in any form. Mounted wheels can not be returned/exchanged under any circumstance. We can not guarantee fitment of wheels if the vehicle is lifted or lowered due to unforeseen variables. Customers only pay for the return shipping cost of the item and the cost of shipping we incurred when sending out the item initially. We will not charge customers restocking fee unlike other companies.

Special Orders that are returned will be subject to a 25% Restocking Fee since the originally were not something we stock regularly and were ordered for the customer. 

Customers do not pay for the return cost of shipping if the error was our fault.

All Items are sold as-is and the warranty's are provided through the manufacturer's. We are a retailer that only sells these goods, not manufacturer's. However we will assist you in communicating with the manufacturer's. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned such as mounted wheels and tires, certian product lines such as Fab Fours. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then please contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. It usually takes 7-10 Business Days for your Bank or Paypal to process the return funds.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately clearence items cannot be refunded. Some Sales Items can be returned if some certain conditions are met.
